* package/sqlcipher: enable back libresslGravatar Fabrice Fontaine2020-02-131-1/+0
| | | | | | | | libressl support has been fixed since version 3.4.2 and https://github.com/sqlcipher/sqlcipher/commit/ce489ebb4788207f27b1641f8d2bfe6b65462260 Signed-off-by: Fabrice Fontaine <fontaine.fabrice@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <peter@korsgaard.com>
* package/sqlcipher: force libopensslGravatar Matt Weber2019-02-121-0/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | v3.2.0 has a bug in the configure step which causes it to fail when being built against libressl. As libopenssl is selected as the default, the autobuilders have not uncovered this failure. The issue has been confirmed in LTS 2018.02.10 (probably broken prior to that as well) and is not related to the Openssl bump to 1.1.x. * package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warningsGravatar Thomas Petazzoni2017-12-181-6/+7
| | | | | | | | | | | | | This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62 characters. The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to indent the help text. * Config.in files: add missing dependencies to toolchain option commentsGravatar Thomas De Schampheleire2013-11-101-2/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | When a package A depends on config option B and toolchain option C, then the comment that is given when C is not fulfilled should also depend on B. For example: config BR2_PACKAGE_A depends on BR2_B depends on BR2_LARGEFILE depends on BR2_WCHAR comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar" depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR This comment should actually be: comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar" depends on BR2_B depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR or if possible (typically when B is a package config option declared in that same Config.in file): if BR2_B comment "A needs a toolchain w/ largefile, wchar" depends on !BR2_LARGEFILE || !BR2_WCHAR [other config options depending on B] endif Otherwise, the comment would be visible even though the other dependencies are not met. This patch adds such missing dependencies, and changes existing such dependencies from depends on BR2_BASE_DEP && !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC to depends on BR2_BASE_DEP depends on !BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_GLIBC so that (positive) base dependencies are separate from the (negative) toolchain dependencies. This strategy makes it easier to write such comments (because one can simply copy the base dependency from the actual package config option), but also avoids complex and long boolean expressions. SQLCipher is a fork of SQLite that adds AES encryption using OpenSSL. It relies on tcl to generate some of its source code, so host-tcl is required. [Peter: select openssl] Signed-off-by: Arnout Vandecappelle (Essensium/Mind) <arnout@mind.be> Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
