* tcl: fix sqlite usageGravatar Vicente Olivert Riera2016-03-301-8/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | - Remove the bundled sqlite unconditionally, as we always want to use the external sqlite. - Remove the --with-system-sqlite option as is only valid for the bundled sqlite configure script which we will no longer use. - Do not remove TDBC when BR2_PACKAGE_SQLITE is not selected as it may be used for other TDBC drivers such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Fixes: http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/022/02296f8624d3406a63d3a179f53862f245c56dc1/ Signed-off-by: Vicente Olivert Riera <Vincent.Riera@imgtec.com> Signed-off-by: Thomas Petazzoni <thomas.petazzoni@free-electrons.com>
* tcl: switch to * instead of [0-9]Gravatar Vicente Olivert Riera2016-03-301-12/+7
| | | | | | | | | Those [0-9] expressions are needlessly complex, and they actually no longer work now that sqlite3.11.0 is bundled internally (11 is two digits, which was accounted for). * package/tcl: move comment around, to keep proper indentationGravatar Yann E. MORIN2015-12-281-4/+4
| | | | | | | | | | In Kconfig, when there is an item (like a comment) between a symbol and its dependees, then the indentation is not in effect. Move the symbol to the top of the file to guarantee the indentation in menuconfig. Signed-off-by: "Yann E. MORIN" <yann.morin.1998@free.fr>

* tcl: bump to version 8.6.1Gravatar Andrew Ruder2014-04-094-21/+85
| | | | | | | | | | | Turn off building compatibility layers for old/broken versions of standard functions (strstr, strtoul, strtod) with the assumption that anything buildroot is using as a standard C library will be good enough to not have broken behavior. * package: drop <PKG>_VERSION_MINOR variableGravatar Jerzy Grzegorek2014-03-171-2/+1

* Config.in files: use if/endif instead of 'depends on' for main symbolGravatar Thomas De Schampheleire2013-12-251-2/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In the Config.in file of package foo, it often happens that there are other symbols besides BR2_PACKAGE_FOO. Typically, these symbols only make sense when foo itself is enabled. There are two ways to express this: with depends on BR2_PACKAGE_FOO in each extra symbol, or with if BR2_PACKAGE_FOO ... endif around the entire set of extra symbols. The if/endif approach avoids the repetition of 'depends on' statements on multiple symbols, so this is clearly preferred. But even when there is only one extra symbol, if/endif is a more logical choice: - it is future-proof for when extra symbols are added - it allows to have just one strategy instead of two (less confusion) This patch modifies the Config.in files accordingly. * Bump TCL version and switch to the autotools infrastructureGravatar Thomas Petazzoni2010-02-134-101/+8
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The version of TCL is bumped from 8.4.9 to 8.4.19, which fixes the build breakage reported by Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@anandra.org> on January, 6th, 2010. The tcl-strtod patch is kept since it is still needed, the two other patches are no longer useful. At the same time, the package is converted to the autotools infrastructure.
